What is your cancellation policy?

I ask clients for a 36 hour cancellation notice. I need 36 hours to fill a cancellation so that another client has time to prepare for our session.

If you believe you are catching a cold or feeling under the weather a day or two before our session, its better to be safe than sorry. Email me right away and reschedule.

If a client does not give me 36 hours notice he/she will be responsible for the entire cost of the session. This is common practice in most massage businesses. I have blocked this time out just for you and if you cancel I may not be able to put someone in your place.

My experience is that most clients have been able to cancel on time. I am grateful when they honor me by honoring my time.
